The resort consists of multiple hotel buildings, wellness and medical facilities, conference areas, pools, and extensive technical infrastructure, all requiring reliable and coordinated operation.

To support exceptional guest experiences while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, Robotina delivered a comprehensive Building Management System (BMS), integrating the resort's critical technical infrastructure into a single intelligent platform.

Bringing Complex Operations Under One Roof

A hospitality environment of this scale depends on numerous interconnected systems working together at all times. Heating and cooling, lighting, guest rooms, thermal water infrastructure, utility systems, and energy facilities must operate reliably while remaining virtually invisible to guests.

By bringing all critical building services into a single building management environment, Robotina enabled centralised control, improved operational efficiency, and smarter facility management across the entire resort.

Connecting Critical Systems Across the Resort

Robotina implemented a complete Building Management System (BMS) that connects the resort's key operational systems into a single management environment. The platform brings together guest room automation, room climate control, HVAC, lighting, emergency and SOS room functions, heating and cooling infrastructure, heat pump systems, thermal and utility pumping stations, as well as electrical infrastructure monitoring and operational control.

By integrating these systems into one platform, facility operators gain a comprehensive view of resort operations and are able to monitor performance, manage alarms, and coordinate building services more efficiently. The result is improved operational visibility, faster response times, simplified maintenance processes, and more effective day-to-day management of the resort's infrastructure.

Room automation continuously maintains optimal comfort conditions by adapting heating, cooling, and room operation according to occupancy, schedules, and real-time demand.

Presence detection, room status information, and automated control strategies help ensure that spaces remain comfortable when occupied while avoiding unnecessary energy consumption when rooms are vacant.

HVAC systems can automatically switch between operating modes and follow predefined schedules, while guests retain the ability to make local adjustments whenever needed. This balance between automation and user control creates a comfortable and intuitive environment throughout the resort.
